Plumbing problems? We’ll get you back on track. We answer the phone, show up with a fully stocked truck, and complete most repairs the same day you call.
What we do
Most calls start the same way: “I have a plumbing problem.”
A pipe leak. A clogged toilet. No hot water. Sewage coming up through the shower and the toilet making bubbly noises. A faucet that will not stop dripping.
Fast Track Plumbing handles all of it across the Tampa Bay area:
Single-family homes are the bread and butter, and condos, townhouses, and apartments are welcome too.
You get a real diagnosis, the price up front before any work starts, and a repair done right the first time. No piece jobs, no shortcuts that turn into next month’s leak.
Fast shutoff guidance on the phone, permanent repair on site.
High-pressure cleaning for grease and root-choked lines.
Repair or replace, done in a visit.
Why Us
The big companies can promise a same-day appointment. What shows up is often an inspector who looks things over, quotes the job, and schedules the actual work for another day. We do it differently: the person who answers your call is the Master Plumber who shows up, and the truck arrives ready to do the repair on the spot.
Luke Augustine is a State Certified Plumbing Contractor (license #CFC1433909, verifiable with the State of Florida) with more than 7 years in Tampa Bay service plumbing. He trained at Santa Fe College in Gainesville and completed his plumbing training. He started at Benjamin Franklin and then worked his way to journeyman level over 4 plus years at Red Cap Plumbing before opening Fast Track. He is insured, he pulls the permits, and he leaves no mess behind.
Pricing is upfront and simple and if you approve the repair, we can usually get started right away.

The previous plumber had left the flange unsealed and disconnected. Luke reset it properly the same day, and it has not leaked since.

Fast Track Plumbing works out of Tampa and serves Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties: South Tampa, North Tampa, Brandon, Riverview, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and the neighborhoods in between.
Slab homes, raised homes, attic-space plumbing, single-story or two-story: if it is in the Bay area, Luke has worked on one like it.
FAQ
Get expert answers to common plumbing questions. From leaks and clogged drains to water heaters and water filtration, we’re here to help you make informed decisions with confidence.
There is a $100 diagnostic fee for a licensed plumber to come out and diagnose the problem, and that fee is waived when you have us do the work. You get the exact price up front before anything starts, and it does not change mid-job. As a market reference, water heater replacements around Tampa commonly run from about $700 for a straightforward swap to $3,000 for a tankless conversion. Payment is due at the time of service, and we take cash, checks, and all major credit cards
Both are common calls, and either way it starts with a look. Softeners that were self-installed or bought off the shelf often need reprogramming, a valve or resin fix, or replacement after about ten years. We will tell you honestly whether yours is worth repairing or whether a system built for your water makes more sense.
For most homes, yes. Our water is hard enough that scale shortens the life of water heaters, fixtures, and appliances, and a softener sized to your actual grains-per-gallon reading stops that at the point of entry. Start with a water test; the numbers make the decision easy.
That is usually hydrogen sulfide, and it is most common on well water around the Bay area. It is rarely harmful, but nobody should live with it. Well water takes a different treatment path than city water: aeration, filtration, or UV, chosen from what your well test shows.
Yes, in nearly every case. As a State Certified Plumbing Contractor, Luke pulls the permit and installs to code, so the job passes inspection and never causes trouble when you sell the house.
Yes. Single-family homes are most of the work, and condos, townhouses, and apartments are all welcome.
